Mallory is a Master Certified Wellness Coach (Catalyst Coaching Institute). As your coach, she partners with you to create healthy habits and positive change in your life. Wellness coaching can help you work on all areas of health including and not limited to Stress Management, Exercise Habits, Nutrition, Sleep Hygiene, Mindfulness, and Smoking Cessation. Using Motivational Interviewing, reflection and deep questions, Mallory learns your values, goals and desires for your Wellness and works with you to create and live your Wellness Vision.
